Reservations:
40% bank deposit payment
60% is paid unfailingly on the day of admission.
Cancellations:
- If the cancellation of the reservation occurs before 30 days of admission, the percentage deposited for future reservations (for one year) will be maintained.
- If the cancellation of the reservation occurs between 29 and 15 days of the deposit, 50% of the deposit will be charged and the remaining 50% will be charged to future reservations (for one year)
- If the cancellation of the reservation occurs 14 days before admission, the total deposited will be charged
Payments are made only in cash.
Passengers are responsible for the correct use of the house, all its facilities and objects, in case it is not delivered in the same state in which it was received, it will be charged accordingly.
